Juri Muri in Africa
The famous Slovene poet’s poem Juri Muri in Africa shows a stubborn boy who does not want to wash himself. One morning he escapes to Africa where he makes friends with many animals. However, curious black people wash Juri to see “what kind of boy he is – black, white or brown”.
