Vasko Atanasovski: new cycle of compositions for string quintet (world premiere)
Reflections of Strings is a concert project dedicated to the world premiere of a new cycle of compositions by Vasko Atanasovski for string quintet, with which the composer continues his creative work for string and orchestral ensembles. In a hybrid musical language that combines a contemporary classical aesthetic with the melodic and rhythmic elements of his own poetics, the works explore sonic reflections, spatial echoes and intimate microstructures of string sound. The concert is connected with the release of an album and sheet music, giving the project long-term artistic value and enabling further performances at home and abroad.
